5. Protection of property and persons – Management of personal data
The information collected through one of our contact forms is recorded in a computerized file by our company to facilitate exchanges with the company’s prospects and customers.
It is intended for any manager/employee of the company who may have a telephone or e-mail exchange with the persons concerned, in particular to respond to their request.
No IP address is collected when sending a form through our website.
The data collected is kept for a maximum period of 12 months in case of non-conclusion of a contract with our company.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, data files and liberties, any user has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose personal data concerning him/her.

The request must be in writing and signed, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
